Ingredients:
- 80 g Il Pecorino Toscano DOP
 - tuscan bread slices
 - 4-5 slices of marinated aubergines
 - 80 g tuscan salami
 
Preparation:
Lay the pecorino on one bread slice, add the salami and top with the augergines.
Close with the other bread slice and serve cold.
